Audrey Talley Rostov, MD, is a partner at Northwest Eye Surgeons. She is a cornea, cataract and refractive surgeon, specializing in complex anterior segment surgery.

Dr.Rostov completed her preclinical medical medical education at Harvard Medical School and a research fellowship in ophthalmology at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary before receiving her M.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. After interning at UCSF she completed her residency in ophthalmology at Washington University and then served as a Heed Fellow with Dr. Richard Lindstrom in Minnesota. She has extensive experience with presbyopic correcting IOLs, participating in several clinical trials: Synchrony and Tecnis IOLs and was one of the first Crystalens surgeons. She is currently an investigator with clinical trials for collagen crosslinking for keratoconus and does clinical research on femtosecond laser keratoplasty techniques. She was the first surgeon to perform and teach femtosecond laser keratoplasty in New Delhi, India. Dr. Talley Rostov is on the medical advisory board of SightLife, a global health organization whose mission is to eliminate corneal blindness worldwide, has helped create an international corneal fellowship for Ethiopian surgeons with Himalayan Cataract Project and is a board member of Ophthalmic Women Leaders.

She was a 2014 recipient of the Millennial Eye Outstanding Female Ophthalmologist Award, and has also received an American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) senior Achievement Award, and an AAO Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Cornea Preferred Practice Patterns Committee. She has been selected as a Top Doctor for Seattle Metropolitan Magazine for the years 2008-2014. In addition, Dr. Rostov serves on several AAO and ASCRS committees, is a section editor for complex cataract case management for Cataract and Refractive Surgery Today (CRST), and is on the editorial review boards for AJO, JCRS and JRS .She is a frequent speaker and course instructor nationally and internationally and has helped create a curriculum for teaching endothelial keratoplasty in the developing world.

She enjoys snowboarding, swimming, running, cycling, yoga and spending time with her family. Dr. Talley Rostov is a SightLife global partner.
